I’m trying to get into the healthy habit of eating more cleaner! I used to be on point with being active and watching my figure. Unfortunately over the course of the years I eventually gave no fucks about my caloric intake and how often I should’ve been setting aside 30-45 minutes to work out. Since Instagram is one of my most used apps I figured I started following a couple of accounts for inspiration when I go food shopping for more healthy snacks.
I’ve never wanted to lick my phone screen as much as I did the moment I started following @smoothiebowls. I bought so much yogurt because of them! LOL. I’m going to start incorporating more fruit in my diet. I love how colorful and tasty their visuals are!
I completely forgot that something such as ‘whole grain’ existed until I followed @wholefoodwellness. Tasty treats and drinks!
I instantly became excited when I found another cool thing to do with all the mason jars I had lying around the house! Make intricate smoothies with granola!
I recently purchased a popping ass rose gold detox bottle from @dropbottle so it was only right that i follow @detoxtips for awesome advice on how to internally cleanse for that summer body I’m working on! 😉

Neat healthy food hacks everyone should knew when wanting to snack on a little something. Everything just looks so dog on perfect! I love how they encourage you to eat more greens too!
