Buy or NAH? Sacha Buttercup Setting Powder

Sacha Buttercup Setting PowderSacha Buttercup Setting Powder is said to be completely flash-friendly. It has superior oil-absorbency and is so finely milled that it fills in fine lines and pores, leaving a smooth, matte, flawless finish. It comes in one shade for all skin tones. According to their website: Sacha Cosmetics is manufactured in Trinidad and Tobago! Since the island has people of every possible complexion, they want to make sure that all women of color never look chalky or ashy in bright lighting or photos.

Lord forgive me…..But I don’t think ya’ll understand how much I cringe when I see photos of women who look like they set their highlight with powdered sugar.

I’m regularly a user of Ben Nye’s Banana Powder, but I recently stopped using it because my concealer started to crease underneath my eyes and exaggerated my fine lines. I was very intrigued when I heard about Sacha’s Buttercup Setting Powder because crow’s feet ain’t the bee’s knees.. :t: peep the photos and my full review on the setting powder below!

This stuff is pretty nice! I dig it. I can understand why a lot of people would prefer this than the Ben Nye banana powder. The Sacha Buttercup Settinh powder is so refined in texture and glides on like a charm. My concealer isn’t look cakey nor did it settle into my fine lines. I looked SUPER polished with this stuff on! Lol. Chilllllld I’m talking SCULPTED. The claims to the ‘no flash back’ is true! I don’t have to use half as much as I do the Ben Nye. Definitely BUY.

I can’t wait to try their Kamouflage Foundation Palette….definitely have my eyes on it for my kit!

Who else is a fan? Have you tried Sacha Buttercup Setting Powder? If not, what setting powder do you use?

I purchased the above items mentions with my own money.
