I recently took out my braids/twists. *weeps*…I miss them! But it’s time to give my hair a rest and let it do it’s own thing. My edges probably hate me right now! I haven’t been keeping up with regularly moisturizing my hair anyway so the L’Oreal Extraordinary Oil Collection couldn’t have came at a better time. This collection was made for dry, lifeless hair. The system eliminates dryness in 1 wash and transforms dry hair to soft & lustrous.
L’Oreal Extraordinary Oil Collection
Upon reading the ingredient list, I wasn’t too crazy about there being sulfates in the shampoo! *eek!*… :o: It was literally the second ingredient. Sulfates strip your hair of it’s MUCH NEEDED essential oils that your scalp produces. I found it super ironic for an oil infused shampoo to have sulfate in it. It’s wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either! I’m not really impressed guys. I wish I had more to say, but I don’t. Nothing special about the smell. The only thing that I especially liked was the fact that I didn’t have to detangle my hair upon washing it. My hair came out manageable but I blame that on the conditioner! 🙂
The conditioner was nice! Made my hair soft and added a little shine to it but that was about it. Nothing significant happened afterwards. I don’t feel like my hair was as moisturized as it could have been. I know my tresses capabilities. If anything, my hair was soft and manageable.
The serum was nice! I used it sparingly after I conditioned. It’s a nice little serum to use on your hair after you style it. I liked using this to seal moisture on my ends.
All in all, I prefer L’Oreal’s cosmetic products than I do their hair care lines.
