Swatches: Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows! ♥

Colourpop Eyeshadows

YAY! Super excited to swatch these bad boys!

Colourpop eyeshadows have been a thing I’ve wanted to try for a minute now. Through out watching them I realized them to have a creamy consistency. I didn’t expect this at all! I got majority of them in a shimmery finish and like 3 simple essential mattes.

According to Colourpop’s website: “

This Long-Wearing crème powder formula has elastic- like texture that is totally party proof. Avoid the fall out and mess that you get from traditional powder shadows and say goodbye raccoon eyes! This feather soft formula literally glides on and feels freakin’ amazing on the eyes. Super Shock Eye Shadow is available in an abundance of kick ass, vibrant, shades packed with glitter and tweaked with multiple fabulous finishes.

APPLICATION TIPS
For maximum coverage:
Use fingertip and tap shadow onto eye lid. A flat, fine tip synthetic brush will work fabulously as well and is actually better for a more detailed application close to the lash line. However, your fingertips make for the most intense application.

To blend
Use a fluffy brush that has good movement, dip tip of the brush into the shadow and blend with a “wind shield wiper” movement throughout the crease of the eye. This will make your shadow softer and more diffused (like a total pro).

When finished:
Close that sucker up tight! Don’t leave the jar unopened for long periods of time, you may lose some of the magic that makes the Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows so amazzzing.

Cheers & Glitter,
ColourPop
